Responsibilities
- Perform general labor tasks on construction sites, including digging, lifting, and carrying materials.
- Assist skilled tradespeople (carpenters, electricians, etc.) with various tasks as directed.
- Ensure all work areas are clean, organized, and free of hazards to maintain safety standards.
- Operate basic construction equipment and tools safely and correctly.
- Load and unload materials from trucks and stock them at the job site.
- Follow all safety protocols and OSHA regulations strictly.
- Communicate effectively with site supervisors and crew members.
Qualifications
- Must be available to work weekend shifts (Saturday and Sunday).
- Ability to perform physical labor for extended periods, including lifting up to 50 lbs.
- Valid Driver’s License and reliable transportation.
- Basic math skills and ability to read a tape measure.
- Strong work ethic, reliability, and positive attitude.
- Experience in construction or labor is preferred but not required.
- Ability to work in various weather conditions.
