Responsibilities
- Perform a variety of manual labor tasks on construction sites, including loading, unloading, and transporting materials.
- Assist skilled tradespeople (carpenters, electricians, plumbers) with various tasks as directed.
- Operate hand and power tools safely and efficiently.
- Keep work areas clean, organized, and free of hazards in compliance with OSHA standards.
- Assist in excavation, framing, concrete placement, and general site preparation.
- Follow all project instructions, safety protocols, and company policies strictly.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED preferred.
- Previous construction experience is a plus, but we are willing to train motivated individuals.
- Must be physically fit and able to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- Willingness to wear required personal protective equipment (PPE) at all times.
