Responsibilities
- Site Preparation: Clear and prepare construction sites by removing debris and obstacles.
- Material Handling: Load, unload, and organize building materials, tools, and equipment.
- Machinery Operation: Safely operate power tools, forklifts, and heavy machinery under supervision.
- Assembly: Assist in the assembly of building structures and frameworks.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all OSHA safety regulations and company protocols at all times.
- Cleaning: Maintain a clean and organized work area to prevent accidents and ensure efficiency.
Qualifications
- Experience: Previous construction labor experience is preferred but not required; on-the-job training provided.
- Availability: Must be available to work night shifts (typically 7:00 PM - 7:00 AM).
- Physical Stamina: Ability to perform physical labor for long periods, including lifting heavy objects and standing for extended durations.
- Tools: Basic knowledge of power tools and construction equipment is a plus.
- License: Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
- Education: High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
