Responsibilities
- Assist skilled tradespeople with various on-site tasks, including carpentry, drywalling, and masonry support.
- Load, unload, and organize construction materials and tools on the job site.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.
- Operate basic hand and power tools under the supervision of a foreman.
- Follow all safety protocols and wear required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
- Perform physical labor such as digging, carrying, and lifting heavy objects.
- Transport materials between storage areas and work zones.
Qualifications
- No prior construction experience required. We are willing to train the right candidate.
- Ability to perform physical labor for extended periods in various weather conditions.
- Basic math skills and the ability to follow written or verbal instructions.
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Valid driver's license is a plus.
- Willingness to work early mornings or overtime as needed.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety.
