Responsibilities
- Assist skilled tradespeople (carpenters, electricians, plumbers) with various on-site tasks.
- Load and unload construction materials, tools, and equipment safely and efficiently.
- Perform site preparation, including digging, leveling, and clearing debris.
- Mix concrete, mortar, or other materials to required consistency.
- Operate basic construction equipment such as forklifts, skid steers, and power washers (training provided).
- Maintain a clean and organized job site in accordance with safety regulations.
- Follow all safety protocols and wear required personal protective equipment (PPE) at all times.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred.
- Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and work in various weather conditions.
- Willingness to work night shifts (typically 4:00 PM - 12:00 AM or 5:00 PM - 1:00 AM).
- Basic knowledge of construction safety standards (OSHA) is a plus.
- Reliable transportation to the job site.
- Strong work ethic and ability to work well in a team environment.
