Responsibilities
- Operate hand tools, power tools, and heavy machinery safely and efficiently.
- Load, unload, and distribute materials (bricks, lumber, concrete) to job sites.
- Assist skilled tradespeople (carpenters, electricians, masons) with daily tasks.
- Perform site preparation, including digging, leveling, and cleaning debris.
- Follow all safety protocols and OSHA guidelines to ensure a safe working environment.
- Read and interpret basic blueprints, drawings, and specifications.
Qualifications
- Ability to work full-time night shifts (typically 5:00 PM to 3:00 AM).
- Physically fit with the ability to lift 50+ lbs repeatedly.
- Valid Driver’s License and reliable transportation.
- Basic math skills for measurements and material counts.
- Willingness to work outdoors in all weather conditions.
- High School Diploma or GED preferred.
