Responsibilities
- Material Handling: Load, unload, and transport construction materials to and from job sites safely and efficiently.
- Machinery Operation: Operate basic construction equipment and power tools under supervision.
- Site Assistance: Assist skilled tradesmen (carpenters, electricians, etc.) with daily tasks and project execution.
- Site Maintenance: Keep the work area clean, organized, and compliant with safety regulations.
- Demolition & Cleanup: Perform demolition tasks and ensure proper waste disposal.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere strictly to OSHA safety protocols and company guidelines at all times.
Qualifications
- Experience: Previous construction labor experience is preferred but not required; on-the-job training provided.
- Availability: Must be available to work the Night Shift (10:00 PM - 6:00 AM).
- Physical Requirements: Ability to lift 50+ lbs repeatedly, stand for long periods, and work in various weather conditions.
- License: Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- Documentation: Must pass a background check and drug screening.
- Communication: Ability to follow verbal and written instructions clearly.
