Responsibilities
- Site Preparation: Load, unload, and setup construction materials and equipment on-site in a timely manner.
- Operational Support: Assist skilled tradesmen (carpenters, electricians, etc.) with daily tasks and material handling.
- Equipment Handling: Operate basic power tools and heavy machinery (forklifts, skid steers) safely and efficiently.
- Site Maintenance: Maintain a clean, organized, and safe job site by removing debris and following OSHA regulations.
- Concrete & Framing: Support concrete pouring and framing activities as required by project specifications.
- Quality Control: Ensure all work meets project standards and reports any safety hazards or material defects immediately.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in general construction or labor.
- Availability: Must be available to work the Night Shift (typically 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM).
- Physical Stamina: Ability to lift 50+ lbs frequently, stand for long periods, and work in various weather conditions.
- Tools: Familiarity with basic construction tools and safety gear is preferred.
- Driver's License: Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required.
- Background: Must pass a drug screen and background check.
