Responsibilities
- Assist with general site preparation, including digging, loading, and unloading construction materials.
- Operate basic construction equipment and hand tools under direct supervision.
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment by adhering to OSHA safety guidelines and company protocols.
- Transport tools and materials to and from the job site efficiently.
- Perform physical labor, including lifting, carrying, standing, and bending for extended periods.
- Communicate effectively with foremen and other team members to ensure project milestones are met.
Qualifications
- Ability to work rotating night shifts (typically 3:00 PM – 1:00 AM).
- Physically fit and able to lift up to 50 pounds repeatedly.
- Willingness to learn and follow strict safety procedures.
- Must be 18 years or older and possess a valid ID.
- Reliable transportation to the job site.
- Basic ability to understand and follow verbal instructions.
