Responsibilities
- Perform general construction labor tasks, including loading, unloading, and transporting materials to and from the job site.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe job site by removing debris, trash, and unused equipment.
- Assist skilled tradespeople with various on-site duties, such as digging, mixing concrete, or cleaning forms.
- Operate basic construction tools and equipment (e.g., wheelbarrows, power drills) safely and efficiently under supervision.
- Adhere to all safety protocols, OSHA regulations, and company policies at all times.
Qualifications
- Willingness to work rotating night shifts (e.g., 6:00 PM to 6:00 AM) on a full-time basis.
- Physical stamina to lift heavy objects (up to 50 lbs) repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Reliable transportation to and from the job site.
- No prior experience required; on-the-job training provided for all candidates.
- Basic understanding of construction site safety and a strong commitment to following instructions.
