Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and prepare construction materials, tools, and equipment for daily use.
- Assist skilled tradespeople (carpenters, electricians, masons) with various tasks as needed.
- Operate heavy machinery and equipment safely according to standard operating procedures.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe job site at all times.
- Perform general cleanup duties, including sweeping, shoveling, and debris removal.
- Follow all company safety policies and OSHA regulations strictly.
Qualifications
- Valid Driver's License with a clean driving record.
- Physical stamina to perform manual labor for extended periods (walking, lifting, climbing).
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs repeatedly and work in various weather conditions.
- Willingness to work night shifts (typically 6:00 PM to 6:00 AM).
- Basic knowledge of construction safety protocols and site organization.
- Reliable transportation to and from the job site.
