Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and transport construction materials to and from job sites.
- Assist skilled tradespeople with various tasks including carpentry, masonry, and concrete work.
- Operate basic construction equipment and hand tools safely and correctly.
- Perform site cleanup, debris removal, and prepare work areas.
- Follow all OSHA safety regulations and company policies strictly.
- Measure, cut, and shape materials for specific project needs.
Qualifications
- Must be 18 years or older.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.
- Physically fit and able to lift heavy objects (up to 50 lbs) repeatedly.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
- Experience in construction or labor is preferred but not required; we train the right candidates.
- Must be available to work full-time hours, including weekends if necessary.
