Responsibilities
- Perform manual labor tasks including loading, unloading, and transporting construction materials to job sites.
- Operate heavy machinery and hand tools safely and efficiently under the supervision of foremen.
- Assist skilled tradespeople with various construction tasks, such as framing, drywall hanging, or concrete finishing.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment by removing debris and adhering to all OSHA safety regulations.
- Prepare job sites by digging, leveling, and clearing areas for new construction.
- Follow written and verbal instructions to ensure project specifications are met.
Qualifications
- Ability to work rotating night shifts and weekends as required by the project schedule.
- Physically fit and capable of performing heavy lifting (up to 50 lbs) and standing for long periods.
- Basic knowledge of construction tools, safety procedures, and site etiquette is a plus.
- Must possess a valid Driver's License and reliable transportation to and from work.
- Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
- High school diploma or GED preferred.
