Responsibilities
- Operate and handle construction tools and equipment safely and efficiently.
- Load and unload materials from delivery trucks and distribute them to work sites.
- Assist skilled tradespeople with various tasks, including framing, drywalling, or general cleanup.
- Perform general site maintenance, including debris removal and equipment cleaning.
- Adhere strictly to all safety regulations and company policies at all times.
- Communicate effectively with supervisors and team members to ensure project flow.
Qualifications
- Physically fit and able to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Ability to work night shifts (typically 10:00 PM - 6:00 AM).
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- Basic understanding of construction site safety procedures.
- Must be willing to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Strong work ethic and reliability are mandatory.
