Responsibilities
- Install, maintain, and repair electrical wiring, equipment, and fixtures.
- Interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and specifications to determine layout.
- Diagnose malfunctioning systems, apparatus, and components, using test equipment and hand tools.
- Perform routine maintenance and ensure all work complies with local and national electrical codes.
- Inspect electrical systems to ensure safety and compliance.
- Collaborate with the project manager and team to ensure project timelines are met.
Qualifications
- Valid Journeyman or Master Electrician license.
- High school diploma or GED; technical certification is a plus.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in residential or commercial electrical work.
- Strong knowledge of electrical systems, tools, and safety protocols.
- Ability to read and understand electrical schematics and blueprints.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and physical stamina.
- Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license.
