Responsibilities
- Perform general labor tasks including digging, carrying materials, and loading/unloading trucks.
- Operate basic construction tools and equipment (hand tools, power tools) safely.
- Assist skilled tradespeople with various aspects of the construction process.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe job site at all times.
- Follow all safety regulations and site-specific protocols.
- Read and interpret basic instructions and blueprints.
- Work outdoors in various weather conditions as required.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Ability to lift, carry, and move heavy objects up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Valid Driver’s License and reliable transportation.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and overtime when necessary.
- Basic math skills for measurements and material counts.
- Previous construction experience is a plus but not required (training provided).
