Responsibilities
- Perform various manual labor tasks including loading, unloading, and transporting materials.
- Operate construction equipment and tools safely and efficiently.
- Assist skilled tradespeople with on-site tasks and project setup.
- Ensure the job site is clean, organized, and free of hazards.
- Adhere to all safety regulations and company policies at all times.
- Perform basic measurements and assist with basic measurements.
Qualifications
- Ability to work night shifts (6:00 PM - 6:00 AM) on a regular basis.
- Must be physically fit and able to lift heavy objects (up to 50 lbs).
- Basic understanding of construction safety protocols.
- Reliable transportation to and from the job site.
- Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Strong work ethic and ability to follow instructions.
