Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and transport construction materials to and from job sites efficiently.
- Assist skilled tradespeople with various tasks including carpentry, masonry, and general cleanup.
- Operate heavy machinery and power tools in a safe and compliant manner.
- Ensure job sites are clean, organized, and adhere to all OSHA safety regulations.
- Perform basic site measurements and assist in setting up temporary structures.
- Communicate effectively with site supervisors and team members.
Qualifications
- Ability to work rotating night shifts (typically 6:00 PM to 6:00 AM).
- Physically fit and able to lift heavy loads (up to 50 lbs) repeatedly.
- Basic knowledge of construction tools and safety equipment is a plus.
- Must pass a background check and drug screening.
- Valid driver's license preferred.
- Willingness to work outdoors in all weather conditions.
