Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and organize construction materials on-site efficiently.
- Assist skilled tradespeople with various tasks, including framing, drywalling, and general cleanup.
- Operate power tools and equipment such as saws, drills, and compressors under supervision.
- Ensure job sites are clean, organized, and comply with safety regulations.
- Perform basic measurements and calculations as needed for projects.
- Transport tools and debris to designated areas at the end of the shift.
- Follow all company policies regarding safety gear and conduct.
Qualifications
- Ability to work rotating night shifts (3:00 PM - 11:30 PM) consistently.
- Physically capable of lifting up to 50 lbs and standing for extended periods.
- Must possess a valid Driver’s License and reliable transportation.
- Willingness to work in various weather conditions outdoors.
- Strong work ethic, punctuality, and attention to detail.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
