Responsibilities
- Perform general labor tasks including digging, trenching, and material handling.
- Assist carpenters, electricians, and other trades with daily site operations.
- Load and unload construction materials and tools safely using equipment.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe job site in compliance with OSHA regulations.
- Follow verbal and written instructions from the Site Foreman.
- Operate basic power tools and hand tools with precision and care.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
- Must be physically fit and able to lift heavy loads (50+ lbs) repeatedly.
- Ability to work night shifts (6:00 PM to 6:00 AM).
- Valid California Driver’s License and reliable transportation.
- Experience in construction, landscaping, or general labor is highly preferred.
- Must pass a background check and drug screening.
