Responsibilities

- Site Preparation: Assist in preparing work areas by clearing debris, digging trenches, or leveling ground.
- Equipment Support: Operate basic construction equipment and tools under direct supervision.
- Cleanliness: Maintain a safe and clean job site, ensuring all tools and areas are organized.
- Assistance: Support skilled tradespeople with various manual tasks and general labor duties.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all OSHA safety standards and site regulations at all times.
Qualifications
- Physical Stamina: Ability to perform physical labor for extended periods and lift heavy objects (up to 50+ lbs).
- Reliability: Must be punctual and consistently present for scheduled shifts.
- Communication: Basic ability to understand and follow verbal instructions from supervisors.
- Work Ethic: A strong desire to learn and grow within the construction field.
- Availability: Willingness to work full-time hours, including weekends or overtime if necessary.
