Responsibilities
- Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems, fixtures, and control equipment according to blueprints and electrical codes.
- Perform routine inspections and preventive maintenance on electrical equipment and systems.
- Troubleshoot complex electrical issues and provide effective solutions in a timely manner.
- Ensure all work is performed in compliance with OSHA and local safety regulations.
- Read and interpret technical drawings, schematics, and specifications.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure project milestones are met efficiently.
Qualifications
- Valid Journeyman Electrician License in the state of Indiana.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in commercial or industrial electrical work.
- Strong knowledge of the National Electrical Code (NEC).
- Ability to work independently and efficiently during night shifts.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Willingness to travel to various job sites within the Indianapolis metro area.
