Responsibilities
- Assist with general site preparation, including digging, loading, and unloading building materials.
- Operate basic construction equipment and hand tools under direct supervision.
- Maintain a clean, orderly, and safe work environment by removing debris and following strict safety protocols.
- Support skilled tradespeople (electricians, plumbers, framers) with daily tasks and material handling.
- Perform basic measurements and assist with blueprint interpretation where necessary.
- Ensure all work areas comply with OSHA safety standards.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED is preferred but not strictly required.
- Physical stamina and the ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation are required.
- Willingness to undergo a background check and drug screening.
