Responsibilities
- Assist with Site Preparation: Clear debris, dig trenches, and prepare construction sites according to blueprints and safety guidelines.
- Material Handling: Load, unload, and transport construction materials, tools, and equipment to and from the work site.
- Machine Operation: Operate heavy machinery and power tools (after training) such as forklifts, jackhammers, and concrete mixers.
- Site Cleanup: Maintain a clean and safe work area by removing waste and organizing tools after shifts.
- Support Trades: Assist skilled tradespeople (carpenters, electricians) with various manual tasks and setups.
- Adhere to Safety: Strictly follow OSHA safety protocols and wear all required personal protective equipment (PPE).
Qualifications
- No Experience Required: We train motivated candidates. A strong willingness to learn is essential.
- Physical Stamina: Must be able to lift heavy objects (up to 50 lbs), stand for long periods, and work in various weather conditions.
- Availability: Must be available for night shifts (typically 4:00 PM - 2:00 AM or 5:00 PM - 3:00 AM).
- Reliability: Consistent attendance and punctuality are mandatory.
- Communication: Ability to follow verbal and written instructions clearly.
- Teamwork: Must work well within a team environment.
