Responsibilities
- Site Assistance: Perform general labor duties including site cleanup, debris removal, and maintaining a safe and organized work environment.
- Material Handling: Load, unload, and transport construction materials, tools, and equipment using forklifts, pallet jacks, or manual labor as required.
- Tool Operation: Operate basic hand and power tools under the supervision of a foreman or senior crew member.
- Support: Assist skilled tradespeople (carpenters, electricians, etc.) with various tasks to ensure projects stay on schedule.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all OSHA safety regulations and company protocols to ensure a hazard-free work site.
- Documentation: Complete daily time sheets and material logs accurately.
Qualifications
- Age Requirement: Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to perform physical labor for extended periods, including lifting up to 50 lbs and standing on concrete for long durations.
- Availability: Must be available for part-time shifts, including weekends and evenings as needed.
- Attitude: Strong work ethic, reliability, and a willingness to learn new skills quickly.
- Communication: Basic English communication skills and ability to follow verbal and written instructions.
- Driver's License: Valid Driver's License is preferred but not strictly required.
