Responsibilities
- Site Preparation: Clear debris, dig trenches, and prepare construction sites for building projects.
- Material Handling: Lift, carry, and organize lumber, bricks, and other materials efficiently.
- Equipment Support: Operate basic construction tools and assist with operating heavy machinery under supervision.
- Site Safety: Maintain a clean and safe work environment, adhering to all OSHA regulations.
- Assistance: Help skilled tradespeople with various tasks including painting, cleaning, and basic carpentry support.
- Reporting: Communicate any hazards or material shortages to the Site Manager immediately.
Qualifications
- Physical Requirements: Must be able to lift 50+ lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Age Requirement: Must be at least 18 years old.
- Transportation: Must have reliable transportation to and from the job site.
- Documentation: Must present a valid government-issued ID and pass a background check.
- Attire: Willingness to provide and wear steel-toed boots.
- Availability: Must be available for full-time shifts, including weekends if necessary.
