Responsibilities
- Assist skilled tradespeople with framing, drywall, and finishing tasks.
- Load and unload construction materials, tools, and equipment from delivery trucks.
- Operate power tools and heavy machinery (forklifts, skid steers) safely and efficiently.
- Prepare job sites by clearing debris and ensuring a clean, organized work environment.
- Follow all OSHA safety regulations and on-site protocols strictly.
- Perform basic measurements and measurements as directed by foremen.
Qualifications
- Must be willing and able to work night shifts (typically 10:00 PM - 6:00 AM).
- Physical stamina required to lift heavy objects (up to 50 lbs) and stand for extended periods.
- Valid Driver’s License and clean driving record.
- Previous experience in construction or general labor is highly preferred.
- Ability to read basic blueprints or safety signs is a plus.
- Must pass a drug screen and background check.
