Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and transport construction materials to and from the job site.
- Assist skilled tradespeople with various tasks, including carpentry, masonry, and general cleanup.
- Operate basic construction equipment and tools safely and efficiently.
- Ensure the work site is clean, organized, and free of hazards at the end of every shift.
- Follow all safety protocols and OSHA regulations to maintain a secure environment.
- Perform manual labor tasks such as digging, lifting, and shoveling as required.
Qualifications
- Ability to work rotating night shifts (typically 6:00 PM - 6:00 AM).
- Physically fit and capable of performing heavy labor for extended periods.
- Basic knowledge of construction safety practices is a plus but not required.
- Willingness to learn and follow verbal and written instructions.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation are highly preferred.
