Responsibilities
- Execute heavy lifting, material handling, and site preparation tasks under night shift supervision
- Operate hand/power tools and light machinery safely and efficiently
- Maintain strict adherence to OSHA safety protocols and project specifications
- Assist skilled tradesmen with concrete work, framing, and finishing operations
- Perform site cleanup, debris removal, and hazardous material disposal
- Complete daily equipment inspections and maintenance reports
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to maintain project timelines
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year construction labor experience or equivalent vocational training
- Valid OSHA 10-hour construction certification preferred
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly and work in physically demanding conditions
- Reliable transportation and punctual attendance for night shifts (6 PM - 6 AM)
- Basic math skills for material measurement and inventory tracking
- Pass pre-employment physical and drug screening
- Flexibility to work overtime during critical project phases
