Responsibilities
- Execute excavation, grading, and concrete pouring operations
- Operate heavy machinery (excavators, bulldozers) under supervision
- Install and remove construction site safety barriers
- Assist carpenters and masons with material handling
- Maintain clean, organized job site per OSHA standards
- Perform nightly equipment pre/post inspections
- Collaborate with cross-functional crews on complex builds
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year construction experience preferred
- OSHA 10-Hour certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Valid driver's license with clean record
- Ability to lift 75+ lbs repeatedly
- Comfortable working in all weather conditions
- Basic hand/power tool proficiency
- Night shift availability (6 PM - 6 AM)
- Pass pre-employment drug screening
