Responsibilities
- Material Handling: Load, unload, and transport construction materials to and from job sites efficiently.
- Machinery Operation: Operate hand and power tools safely and effectively under supervision.
- Site Maintenance: Keep the work area clean, organized, and safe in compliance with OSHA regulations.
- Assist Trades: Support skilled tradespeople (electricians, plumbers, etc.) as needed during the shift.
- Measurement: Assist with measuring, cutting, and fitting materials to specifications.
Qualifications
- Physical Stamina: Ability to stand, walk, lift heavy objects, and work in various weather conditions.
- Schedule: Must be available to work rotating night shifts (e.g., 5:00 PM - 3:00 AM).
- Experience: Prior construction experience is a plus but not required; on-the-job training provided.
- Communication: Basic English communication skills and the ability to follow verbal and written instructions.
- Availability: Must be available for long-term employment.
