As a Construction Laborer on our team, you will be the backbone of our operations, ensuring every project is completed safely, efficiently, and to the highest standards.
Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and transport construction materials, tools, and equipment safely.
- Assist skilled tradespeople (carpenters, electricians, etc.) with daily tasks.
- Perform general site maintenance, including cleanup and debris removal.
- Operate basic construction tools and machinery under supervision.
- Follow all safety protocols and OSHA regulations strictly.
- Dig trenches, set forms, and prepare surfaces for concrete or asphalt.
- Monitor inventory levels and report shortages to the site supervisor.
Qualifications
- Ability to work rotating night shifts (typically 6:00 PM to 6:00 AM).
- Must be physically fit with the ability to lift 50+ lbs repeatedly and stand for long periods.
- Valid Driver’s License and reliable transportation to the job site.
- Basic math skills and the ability to read basic instructions.
- Willingness to work outdoors in all weather conditions.
- Must pass a background check and drug screen.
