Responsibilities
- Perform manual labor tasks including loading, unloading, and transporting construction materials to and from the job site.
- Assist skilled tradespeople (carpenters, electricians, and plumbers) with daily operations and setups.
- Operate basic construction tools and equipment safely and efficiently.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in compliance with OSHA regulations.
- Follow written and verbal instructions from site supervisors and project managers.
- Perform site preparation duties such as digging, trenching, and leveling ground.
- Assist in basic cleanup duties after work is completed each day.
Qualifications
- No Experience Required: We welcome entry-level applicants and provide full training.
- Ability to perform physical labor for long shifts, including lifting up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Willingness to work in various weather conditions (extreme heat, rain, cold).
- Basic math skills and the ability to read simple measurements.
- Reliable transportation to and from the job site.
- Must pass a background check and drug screen.
- Strong work ethic, attention to detail, and a positive attitude.
