Responsibilities
- Perform general labor tasks including loading, unloading, and transporting materials to and from the job site efficiently.
- Operate heavy machinery and hand tools safely and in accordance with all safety guidelines.
- Assist skilled tradespeople with various on-site construction duties as directed by the foreman.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.
- Ensure compliance with OSHA regulations and company safety protocols.
- Read and interpret blueprints and safety plans when necessary.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED preferred.
- Previous construction or general labor experience is a plus but not required.
- Ability to perform physical labor for extended periods, including lifting heavy objects (up to 50 lbs).
- Must be available to work rotating night shifts (3:00 PM - 1:00 AM).
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation are required.
- Strong work ethic and willingness to learn.
