Responsibilities
- Assist in site preparation including excavation, grading, and debris removal
- Safely handle and transport construction materials using equipment and manual methods
- Follow detailed instructions from supervisors to complete assigned tasks
- Maintain clean and organized job sites by managing waste and tools
- Adhere strictly to OSHA safety guidelines and company protocols
- Support skilled trades with foundational tasks like concrete mixing, framing, and finishing
- Participate in daily toolbox meetings and safety briefings
Qualifications
- No prior construction experience required – we provide full training
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform physically demanding tasks
- Valid driver's license preferred but not mandatory
- Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions
- Strong work ethic and reliability with punctual attendance
