Responsibilities
- Assist skilled tradespeople with construction tasks
- Load/unload materials and equipment
- Maintain clean and organized job sites
- Operate basic hand/power tools safely
- Follow OSHA safety protocols
- Perform manual labor (digging, lifting, carrying)
- Assist in setting up temporary structures
- Complete daily cleanup duties
Qualifications
- No prior experience required
- Physical ability to lift 50+ lbs
- Valid driver's license preferred
- Willingness to work outdoors in all weather
