Responsibilities
- Assist skilled tradespeople with material handling, site preparation, and cleanup
- Operate basic hand tools (shovels, hammers, saws) and equipment under supervision
- Follow strict safety protocols and maintain organized work areas
- Read and interpret basic construction plans and instructions
- Perform physical tasks including digging, lifting, and carrying materials
- Participate in scaffold assembly, trenching, and demolition work
- Complete daily progress reports and maintain equipment maintenance logs
Qualifications

- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physically demanding tasks
