Responsibilities
- Assist skilled tradesmen with site preparation, cleanup, and material handling
- Perform manual labor including digging, lifting, carrying materials, and operating basic tools
- Maintain a safe and organized work environment following OSHA guidelines
- Read and interpret basic instructions and blueprints under supervision
- Operate light machinery like jackhammers, saws, and drills after training
- Support concrete pouring, framing, and finishing tasks as directed
- Participate in daily safety briefings and toolbox meetings
Qualifications
- No prior experience required – full training provided
- Physical ability to lift 50+ pounds and work in outdoor conditions
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
