Responsibilities
- Assist skilled tradespeople with material handling and equipment operation
- Perform site preparation tasks including excavation and debris removal
- Follow safety protocols and maintain clean work areas
- Read basic blueprints and construction plans
- Operate hand/power tools under supervision
- Participate in framing, concrete work, and finishing tasks
- Complete daily equipment maintenance checks
- Adhere to OSHA and company safety standards
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and stand for 8+ hours
- Valid driver's license preferred
- No construction experience required - we train!
- Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions
- Basic math skills for measurements and calculations
- Reliable transportation to job sites
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic
