Responsibilities
- Assist skilled tradesmen with material handling and equipment operation
- Prepare job sites by clearing debris and ensuring safety compliance
- Read and interpret basic construction plans and blueprints
- Operate hand/power tools under supervision (drills, saws, etc.)
- Perform concrete work, including pouring and finishing
- Maintain clean and organized work areas

Qualifications
