Responsibilities
- Assist skilled tradespeople with various construction tasks, including framing, drywalling, and tiling.
- Mix concrete, sand, and cement for foundation work and repairs.
- Operate basic construction equipment and power tools under supervision.
- Load and unload materials from delivery trucks and organize job sites efficiently.
- Ensure all safety protocols and OSHA guidelines are followed at all times.
- Perform site cleanup, debris removal, and general maintenance.
Qualifications
- Willingness to learn and work hard in a physically demanding environment.
- Ability to lift heavy objects (up to 50 lbs) repeatedly throughout the day.
- Basic understanding of construction safety is a plus but not mandatory.
- Reliable transportation to and from the job site.
- Must be available for full-time shifts, including weekends if necessary.
