Responsibilities
- Assist skilled tradespeople (carpenters, electricians, etc.) with daily construction tasks.
- Load, unload, and transport construction materials, tools, and equipment safely.
- Operate basic hand and power tools under supervision.
- Prepare job sites by cleaning areas, setting up scaffolding, and ensuring safety compliance.
- Perform measurements, cutting, and basic assembly of materials as directed.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment in accordance with OSHA safety standards.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Physically fit and able to lift heavy loads (up to 50+ lbs) repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Willing to work outdoors in various weather conditions and perform physical labor.
- Strong work ethic, reliability, and the ability to follow safety instructions precisely.
- A valid driver's license is a plus but not required for the role.
