Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and transport construction materials to and from job sites efficiently.
- Assist skilled tradespeople with daily operations and site preparation.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.
- Perform basic digging, trenching, and earthwork as directed.
- Operate basic construction tools and equipment under supervision.
- Follow safety protocols and site regulations strictly.
- Read and interpret basic blueprints and instructions.
Qualifications
- No prior construction or trade experience is required.
- Must be physically fit and able to lift heavy loads (50+ lbs) repeatedly.
- Must possess a valid Driver's License (Class C).
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
