Responsibilities
- Perform general manual labor tasks, including loading, unloading, and transporting construction materials to and from the job site.
- Assist in site preparation, including digging, lifting, and clearing debris to ensure a safe work environment.
- Operate basic construction equipment and hand tools under strict supervision.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe job site by adhering to all safety protocols and OSHA regulations.
- Read and interpret basic blueprints and follow verbal instructions from skilled tradespeople.
- Help with concrete pouring, framing, or other general construction duties as directed by the foreman.
- Support the crew with various physical tasks to ensure project milestones are met on time.
Qualifications
- No prior experience or formal education is required; we are willing to train the right candidates.
- Must be physically fit and able to lift heavy objects (up to 50 lbs) repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions and on uneven terrain.
- Strong work ethic, reliability, and a genuine willingness to learn new skills.
- Basic math skills and the ability to follow both verbal and written instructions.
- Willingness to adhere to all safety standards and strict company guidelines.
- Must pass a background check and a drug screening prior to employment.
