Responsibilities
- Assist skilled tradespeople with site preparation and cleanup
- Safely operate hand/power tools and construction equipment
- Load/unload materials and maintain organized job sites
- Follow OSHA safety protocols and company standards
- Read blueprints and execute verbal instructions
- Perform heavy lifting (up to 50 lbs) and physical labor
- Collaborate with crews to meet project deadlines
Qualifications
- No prior experience required – open to beginners
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
