Responsibilities
- Assist skilled tradespeople with various construction tasks, including framing, drywall, and basic site preparation.
- Operate hand and power tools safely and efficiently under supervision.
- Load and unload materials, tools, and equipment from delivery trucks.
- Keep job sites clean, organized, and free of hazards to ensure safety compliance.
- Dig, level, and prepare sites for new construction or renovation projects.
- Follow all company safety protocols and OSHA regulations strictly.
- Perform basic measurements and assist in reading blueprints or simple plans.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Ability to lift heavy objects (up to 50 lbs) repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Strong desire to learn and a positive attitude toward physical labor.
- Reliable transportation to and from the job site.
- Ability to stand, walk, and climb for extended periods.
- Must pass a pre-employment background check and drug screen.
