Responsibilities
- Perform high-quality electrical installations, repairs, and maintenance on residential and commercial sites.
- Interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to plan and execute complex projects.
- Ensure all work strictly complies with local, state, and National Electrical Code (NEC) safety regulations.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot electrical issues efficiently and effectively.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe job site, including proper waste disposal.
- Provide exceptional customer service and communicate project timelines clearly to clients.
- Assist in mentoring junior apprentices and apprentices.
Qualifications
- Certified Journeyman Electrician license in the state of Ohio (or equivalent state certification).
- Minimum of 3-5 years of proven experience in commercial and residential electrical work.
- Strong working knowledge of NEC (National Electrical Code) and local building codes.
- Valid Driver’s License with a clean driving record.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Physical ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in various weather conditions.
