Responsibilities
- Assist skilled tradespeople (electricians, plumbers, carpenters) with daily construction tasks.
- Load, unload, and organize construction materials and tools from delivery trucks.
- Operate basic construction equipment and hand tools safely under supervision.
- Maintain a clean and safe job site by following all OSHA safety regulations and company protocols.
- Perform site preparation, including digging, leveling, debris removal, and trash hauling.
- Measure, cut, and handle building materials (wood, concrete, etc.) accurately.
- Perform basic math calculations for measurements and material estimates.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Ability to perform physical labor, including heavy lifting (up to 50 lbs) and standing for long periods.
- Willingness to learn and strictly adhere to safety guidelines.
- Basic math skills for measuring materials and quantities.
- Reliable transportation to and from the job site.
- Must pass a pre-employment background check and drug screening.
