Responsibilities
- Site Support: Assist skilled tradesmen (electricians, plumbers, carpenters) with daily tasks and material handling.
- Material Management: Load, unload, and organize construction materials, tools, and equipment safely.
- Site Maintenance: Keep work areas clean, organized, and compliant with safety regulations.
- General Labor: Perform digging, lifting, carrying, and setting up temporary structures as needed.
- Equipment Operation: Operate basic construction equipment (e.g., forklifts, pallet jacks) after proper training.
- Communication: Maintain clear communication with the site foreman and team members.
Qualifications
- No Experience Required: We are willing to train the right candidates with a strong work ethic.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to stand, walk, and lift heavy objects (up to 50 lbs) for extended periods.
- Reliability: Punctual, dependable, and able to work independently or in a team setting.
