Responsibilities
- Perform general site cleanup, debris removal, and material handling.
- Assist skilled tradespeople with digging, lifting, carrying, and transporting heavy materials.
- Operate basic construction equipment and power tools under direct supervision.
- Follow all safety protocols and wear required personal protective equipment (PPE) at all times.
- Prepare construction sites by clearing obstacles, leveling ground, and setting up temporary structures.
- Load and unload trucks and delivery vehicles efficiently.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area in compliance with OSHA standards.
Qualifications
- No prior construction experience required; a willingness to learn is essential.
- Ability to perform physical labor including standing, walking, and lifting up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Must be available to work full-time hours, including weekends or overtime as needed.
- Strong work ethic, reliability, and punctuality.
- Ability to work in various weather conditions (heat, rain, cold).
- Must pass a background check and a pre-employment drug screen.
